The day tours and the tours after the Ministerial (listed below) are opportunities to experience the true taste of Korea. The participants from overseas will be captivated by the beauty of Korea where the modern world lives in harmony with the age-old cultural and traditional values.

Please note the conditions of each tour programme before making a reservation. If you have any inquiries on the programme details, the Housing & Tour Bureau will be more than pleased to assist you.

Important Notices

1. The closing date for tour reservation is 10 June 2008. Any tour reservation after the date will be accommodated if there’s a room.
2. Tour reservation can be made after completing the Meeting Registration process.
3. Tour programs will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
4. Your credit card information is required to guarantee your tour reservation. The actual charge for the tour will be made near the end of May 2008.
5. If no credit card is available, please remit the total amount to the bank account (refer to the tour reservation page) by the end of May 2008.
6. All needed details will be provided through a confirmation e-mail when the minimum number of people is reached as specified below.
7. If the minimum number is not reached, the respective tour programme may be cancelled or substituted by a similar programme.
8. A Tour Desk will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 during the Ministerial at the venue (COEX). The Tour Desk will assist you with your tour and accommodation information.
9. Participants are advised to visit the Tour Desk on-site and check whether the tours are to take place.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to the Hotel & Tour Bureau.
2. After the cancellation request, please make sure you receive the CANCELLATION LETTER from the Housing & Tour Bureau.
3. Bank service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. All dates are based on the Korean Standard Time (GMT+9hours).
   

[Day Tours]

· Cancellation 3 days before your tour date: 100% refund.
· Cancellation 2 days before your tour date: 50% of tour fee will be deducted from the refund.
· Cancellation 1 day before your tour date or No-show: Tour fee will not be refunded.

[Tour after the Ministerial Meeting]

· Cancellation 5 days before tour date: 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4 days before tour date: 50% of tour fee will be deducted from the refund.
· Cancellation 2 days before tour date: 70% of tour fee will be deducted from the refund.
· Cancellation 1 day before tour date or No-show: Tour fee will not be refunded.
