The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) brings together the governments of countries committed to democracy and the
market economy from around the world. Its mission aims to support sustainable economic growth, raise living standards, and assist other
countries' economic development. The Organisation provides a setting where governments compare policy experiences, seek answers to common problems,
identify good practice and coordinate domestic and international policies. Over the past decade, the OECD has tackled a range of economic, social,
and environmental issues while further deepening its engagement with business, trade unions and other representatives of civil society. The OECD
has 30 member countries and it is headquartered in Paris, France.
The Korea Communications Commission (KCC) is a presidential body which integrated the former Korean Broadcasting Commission and the former Ministry of Information and Communication.
The Commission is committed to an active response to the major trend towards the convergence of broadcasting and communications as well as guaranteed freedom,
public interest and public good of broadcasting.
The Commission issues licenses and permissions regarding broadcasting and communications, and devises and executes policies related to communications, radio frequency,
information security and the Internet.
