Registration Information

In order to register for the Ministerial meeting, and to use online participation tools, you are invited to “sign-up” on the OECD Ministerial website.

1. 1. Sign Up

   To sign-up on the OECD Ministerial site, please visit the page:
   http://www.oecdministerialseoul2008.org/en/registration/signup.html
   
   You will be invited to provide your name and personal information. Your ID for the Ministerial website will be your email address, and you will be required to create your password. Upon signing up, a verification e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided. Please click the verification URL in the e-mail in order to complete the sign-up process.

2. 2. Meeting Registration

   Once you have signed up on the Ministerial website, you will have access to the Meeting Registration.
   In the Meeting Registration page (http://www.oecdministerialseoul2008.org/en/registration/register.html), you will be invited to provide your personal and professional information (given name, family name, organization/company, etc). You will also need to clearly indicate if you will attend the meeting as part of a government delegation, international organization, or as part of a non-governmental stakeholder group (business, Internet technical community, civil society and organised labour). Please remember also to indicate which “community” you belong to, if different from your organization/company (e.g. IETF, or Consumers International).
   Fill in all required fields and click “Submit”. Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate contact point or liaison that will confirm the registration. You will then receive an email confirming your registration. Once you receive an email confirmation, your registration will be completed.
   Once your registration is completed, we invite you to visit the Hotel Reservation page (http://www.oecdministerialseoul2008.org/en/accommodation/online.html), to book your hotel accommodation during the Ministerial.
